TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Alpha Arc.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to use Alpha Arc only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2 Your Account & Activity

Alpha Arc allows you to use features including habits, streaks, ARC Score, Mind sessions, Daily Debriefs, Daily Drops, Daily W activities, and other performance tools.

You are responsible for the information and activity submitted through your account.

Scores, streaks, progress indicators, and similar features are intended to support motivation and personal development and should not be treated as guarantees of performance or results.

3 Sales Teams

Users may apply to join an Alpha Arc sales team or join using a valid Invite Code or Team Code.

• Team applications may be approved or rejected by authorized administrators.
• Users may be assigned to a team by an administrator.
• Rejected applicants may be allowed to submit an appeal where that feature is available.
• Team membership may provide access to additional content, Daily W streaks, lessons, leaderboards, and training materials.
• Administrators may change or remove team membership when necessary.

4 Invite Codes & Team Codes

Alpha Arc may provide temporary Invite Codes and permanent Team Codes for joining sales teams.

• Invite Codes may expire after a specified period.
• Team Codes may remain active until changed or disabled by an administrator.
• You should only use codes that have been legitimately shared with you.
• Alpha Arc may disable or replace codes when necessary for security or team management.

5 User Content

You may submit information such as habit activity, Daily Debriefs, application responses, appeals, and other content through Alpha Arc.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant Alpha Arc permission to process and use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

6 Wellness & Performance Content

Alpha Arc may provide guided Mind sessions, breathwork, motivational content, habits, and performance-related training.

This content is provided for general informational and personal-development purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, financial, or other professional advice.

You are responsible for deciding whether activities offered through Alpha Arc are appropriate for you.

7 Notifications

Alpha Arc may send reminders and service-related notifications, including habit reminders, Mind reminders, application updates, team assignments, and other important account information.

You may be able to manage certain notification preferences through your device or app settings.

8 Account Restriction or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to Alpha Arc if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Misuse the app or team features.
• Attempt to access services without authorization.
• Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity.

Where appropriate, we may also remove users from sales teams or restrict access to specific features.

9 Intellectual Property

Alpha Arc and its logos, branding, interface, training materials, audio content, videos, written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Alpha Arc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use Alpha Arc content without permission.

10 Service Availability

We work to keep Alpha Arc available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the app will always operate without interruption, errors, delays, or technical issues.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed as Alpha Arc evolves.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alpha Arc is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Alpha Arc does not guarantee specific personal, professional, wellness, or sales results from using the app.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Alpha Arc evolves.

If material changes are made, the updated Terms will be made available through the app or website. Continued use of Alpha Arc after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
